Shipping Time
Delivery within 7 – 10 business days for orders placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday – Friday.
Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Wild Sugar will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Ownership & Risk
Ownership of and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
Returns
Wild Sugar offers an exchange or credit note on returns.
- goods must be returned within 5 days of purchase with the original tags attached and receipt supplied.
- shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- goods that have been worn, used, or soiled in any way will not be exchanged.
- No exchange on sale items.
- There are no further discounts when using a credit note (coupon codes online).
Due to the nature of fabrics patterns may vary from the image to the product.
Change of mind is not grounds for a return.
Wild Sugar does not refund unless the product is faulty. Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Credit notes are valid for 2 months.
